The success of an intervention is dependent on the inner environment of the intervenor: How discovering your inner Why enables you to turn Vision into Reality. 

MIT (U-Theory by Otto Sharmer) and Gandhi can’t both be wrong. Any business or organisation developed will only be as “good” as the leader’s inner space. Expand your Inner Awareness and let your leadership and business development inspire and inform each other, as the interwoven journeys they are.

Develop your Outer Awareness: Understand where you are and where you are steering, to navigate and enjoy surfing the thrilling waves of the ever changing landscape that surrounds us.

>> What is that Dream you are not prepared to let go of yet? Get clear around your MAD vision. Without knowing where you are steering, it's easy to climb quickly up the ladder, just to realize it was leaning against the wrong wall.

>> What is truly the problem and pain you are looking to solve? Dig beneath the surface; what’s the heart of the problem? (Asking yourself Why every time you think you've hit the core, tends to lead you deeper). Step into the shoes of your “beneficiary”/customer: What does your day look like? How do you feel? What do you do? Explore and test beyond your assumptions!

Addressing symptoms is putting out superficial fires, meanwhile the roots are still burning. This goes for Products and Services as well as Interventions. A bandaid neither scales nor lasts. The cure can.

Don’t let yourself be fooled and limited by a predefined market that narrows your potential win to someone else's loss. Craft solutions that open up new markets and win-win-win symbiotic partnerships. Symbiosis and co-creation builds a narrative that is not defined by any single discipline, industry, nation or elite - but by the masses, leveraging unique experiences of radically diverse perspectives. >> See the overlooked! Don’t narrow your potential to execute linearly (equivalent to 1* degree or so) - explore 360* degrees around you! By doing so, you expand the opportunity to discover new insights and partners (and thus all impact and revenue that can follow). How can you explore and engage future partners to start build a sense of commitment, community and ownership already today?

>> What waste from others can you leverage as a resource? And vise verse; What is a “waste” or byproduct from your business, that could be a resources for an overlooked segment (e.g. a segment that complements your “core customer”)?

How could you scale, if you approach your challenge with a mindset of 10X instead of 10%? Explore ways to leverage each element of your business model to scale across individual, organisational and institutional levels.

Show up for yourself and the world through nourish your inner Pioneer; How to set routines for continuous (un)learning, pushing the frontiers of your own and others development. Be a MAD rebel: Challenge the status quo. Don't respond to the future - create it! ​

In a world of exponential change, the value of learning and unlearning increases by the second. Thus, if the coming 100 years will be equal to 20 000 years (in accordance to Singularity University and others) -  your lifelong learning will have the opportunity to continuously accelerate - if you leverage the neurological hack of turning fear of the unknown into curiosity to explore. We won't solve today's challenges with the same mindset that created them. Even less so the challenges of tomorrow. It is the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world who will. And we believe you are one of them (you just reading this far is a good proof of it! :) )
