We won't solve today's challenges with the same mindset that created them. This is as true for unlocking our own inner dormant pioneer, as for tackling the toughest societal problems of our time. To address the global challenges ahead, we need everyone at their best. Therefor, recognizing that the current main stream narrative - seeking instant gratifications, quick gains and viewing the world as a zero sum game where if I win, then you loose - is one of the strongest sources and engines of the challenges we face. Thus, taking the responsibility to explore and co-create new paradigms and narratives is the foundation for the transformational leadership required to rewrite our story and open a new prosperous chapter ahead. Regardless if we are looking at the self leadership needed to navigate the quest of realizing ones personal dreams and vision - or reimagining our collective shared leadership to shape new societal systems. These layers are not just connected, they are inseparable: Humans where the ones who built and continues to make up society - and as such, we are also uniquely equipped to change it. A challenge and unprecedented opportunity that lies with all of us. To be the change we want to see.
AMBITION
>> OVERVIEW. As a global community of change makers committed to Making A Difference we are coming together to catalyze a (self) Leadership movement. The Leadership Leap is building a crowdsourced, continuously expanding and evolving knowledge repository. A library that instead of hard bookshelves is a thriving community - The MAD Base Camp; A meeting point for constantly (r)evolutionary transdisciplinary and radically diverse narratives. A paradigm and models that are not defined by the elite, but rather by the people. The overlooked Pioneers who have been called mad. Mad because they refuse to settle with the status quo. These, the MAD rebellions and leaders, are the ones who are mad enough to think they can change the world. And thus we know they will.

>> NEXT STEP. Being MAD, our ambition ranges from individual to ecosystemic leadership, collectively shaping and making up our societal systems. We do this by co-creating pioneering leadership, business and societal models - distilling, deriving and sharing the insight across different MAD Leaps of innovation. As all change start with You, me and us - we are bringing together Pioneers from across the world, crafting a MAD Guide and mixed modality (self)leadership Program. An expedition that will take us across 8 countries and 6 continents. A blend of physical and virtual worlds, global connectedness and local anchoring that runs throughout the Development Process as well as the Emerging Products. Seeking to make the journey as inclusive as its outcome and the paradigm it's exploring.

A New Normal is already here (it is just not evenly distributed).

These MAD Pioneers continuous to show beautiful and radically different ways to explore, live and lead life. They’ve fled, moved and travelled. They live in mega cities, remote islands, busy suburbs, deep jungles, eclectic countrysides, and vibrant mountain villages.
Some channel and scale their passion through big institutions, being unicorns that shift the systems from within. Others thrive through elevating their communities, building lighthouses that shows a paradigm and path far beyond the ability to sustain. Some have build social businesses and organisation with the most overlooked of constellations, nourishing symbiosis and entire ecosystems. And yet a few have delved deep into researching mechanisms that moves across space and time - or leveraged their hobby, crafting activism into a vehicle for creative destruction and transformation. All are Making A Difference in their own unique way. They show that one size doesn’t fit all - and offer puzzle pieces to all of us exploring a new way forward.
